me, myself and babat

Assalamualaikum,

so, here we are....again...

Anyway, akhir2 ni, selalu risau about my "lebihan" perut...yeah, most of the men worried about this, and maybe, some of them, didn't care, because to them, this is me, I’m glad with what I am...hoho...ada yang terasa ke? Huhu...

anyway, with this "lebihan" or "babat" ni, make me think, its not about the fat only, its about your life style...yeah, before this, i'm really skinny, my weight at when i'm graduate from my first degree is 56kg, yeah, believe it, with my height of 173cm, its under weight, and i'm starting to recognize, that i need to do something, i need to "put" some weight, so make sure i'm fit with my height...

and then, when i'm grad, for one month, i really2 struggle, use dumble, exercises, and then, my weight gain, and now, i'm on 72kg...wauuu....i gain about 15kg, betul ke? 14kg..haha...my mistake...

anyway, some how, right now, its not about weight, its about lebihan, before this tak pernah jadi...so, i think, what i've done to my body, i damage it...hampeh...

then i realize, before this, i'm not in healthy shape, errr..life style...eat late night, toooooooo lazy to exercise, and really2 busy with my work..and also, what i'm eating...my diet and so on...so, this is not about perut only, but life style....and i need to change this...and and i forgot, i also sleep vary2 late, sometimes on 3am, and sometimes, didn't sleep at all...and some times, sleep in early night, like 7 or 8 pm...so, all this make sense…that I need to change my lifestyle…my diet, my exercise, my sleep, all this…ohh GOD…haha…I’ll definitely do it, step by step, first by my sleep…yeah, I’ve got a really bad habit when we talk about sleep…you don’t want to know it..haha..

anyway, about exercise, yeah, right now, I’ve got muaz, who also want to jog every morning, its good though, jogging early in morning, before you go to work, make you feel better, but still, need a nap in afternoon, a short one..haha….

orait, zakri, you can do it!!! show me the will….come on…


ok, tonight I’ve got menebas activity again…haha..seronoknya…and tonight, I’ll take my little bro along…sian die…haha…selalu nak main, tapi tak ajak..huhu...

*p/s: teringat sebelum ni, masa kecik2 selalu main badminton dengan ayah, he really good, memang susah nak kalahkan die, die punya smash, die punya skill…Wallah..huhu…and after he sick, he didn’t play anymore, so, I take the racket, repair it, and now, all three of it can be use..hoho….thank ayah…you the best..

and, I’m also didn’t stick with one sport only, I’ve love
jogging,
playing basketball,
futsal,
football,

badminton,
hockey, yeah hockey mate! but right now, don’t know if still can..
table tennis,
bola tamper,
baling selipar, is it count? neee…..
